Powering the MotoCrane Revolt The Revolt natively accepts 3-pin XLR (24V) power, but its versatility is truly showcased through the two converter options available. The DC-3 converter can convert common DC voltages such as 12V, 36V, and 48V to compatible 3-pin XLR. This is particularly valuable for automotive applications where the DC-3 can be hard-wired to the vehicle’s own 12V battery, providing a continuous power source during shoots. The MotoCrane’s AC-3 converter, on the other hand, can convert 100-240V AC wall/house/shore power to 3-pin XLR.
